Parette Walker is a retired public school educator and longtime member of the Buffalo, New York, community. Walker spent her entire career as an educator within the Buffalo Public Schools District before retiring as principal and administrator in August 2021.
Throughout her career, Parette Walker continually distinguished herself as an adept teacher, administrator and school leader, devoting her energy to creating a positive, effective educational environment centered on student well-being and dedicated to enriching young people’s lives. Parette Walker is a dedicated and active member of the local community, committing her time and energy to various local organizations.
A charitable individual, Walker volunteers her time to both the local Links Organization and her church (Friendship Baptist). She also regularly donates money to such organizations as The United Way and the Muhammed School of Music.
